Your Race Experience

Cannock Motorsports will have a race ready 2000 Tobias Slingshot (pictured below) plus a mechanic to see you through your race day. To learn more about the Tobias Slingshot please visit http://www.slingshotbytobias.com/

You will be racing at the Oakland Valley Race Park in Cuddebackville, NY. It is a super fast 1/5 mile track with a clay surface.http://www.ovrpdirtoval.com/ Your track experience will include two warm up sessions, two 8 lap heats and one 15 lap feature. More seat time than any other track in the area.

By renting you can try a great sport without putting a lot of money into something that you might be a little unsure of. We will be there to get you going but be warned by the end of your first lap you will be hooked.

The fee for renting the #121 will be $250 per day with a $350 refundable deposit that would be used to replace or repair any damage that may occur while being driven by the renter other than engine or drivetrain assembly failure. Just to be clear, the renter is required to cover the costs of any repair or replacement to the rental car except for engine or drivetrain assembly failure. The renter is also responsible for the fuel for the night (usually 5 gallons) and the entry fee for the #121 at any track the car is raced at.

Renters must provide their own safety gear including:

1. Single layer nomex or proban fire resistant suit

2. Full-face helmet (Snell 2000 or newer)

3. Driving shoes

4. Nomex race gloves and horse collar

Cannock Motorsports does have one drivers suit (size large), one pair of gloves and a horsecollar that can be rented for additional fees.

The renter also must sign a waiver releasing Cannock Motorsports and anyone associated with Cannock Motorsports from any liability or litigation resulting from injuries suffered while renting from Cannock Motorsports.
